About The Position

The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role requires performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The position also involves reporting incidents and hazardous conditions, complying with safety rules, and working collaboratively with team members. A professional demeanor, understanding of customer service, and adherence to company protocols are essential.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and safely.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform cleanroom duties
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Stop at risk behavior of others and self
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Perform repetitive tasks
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
