Cleanroom Technician
About The Position
The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role involves performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The technician must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures, and report any incidents or hazardous conditions to their supervisor. The position requires performing work assignments in a team, handling repetitive tasks, and maintaining a clean work area while following all protocols and company procedures. Additionally, the role involves taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with colleagues and customers. The technician may also be required to fill in during staff shortages and support shift leads in completing tasks. Understanding customer service, reporting systems, and presenting a professional appearance and conduct are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform cleanroom duties
