The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role involves performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The technician must also report incidents and hazardous conditions to their supervisor and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. This position requires the ability to stop at-risk behavior of others and self, perform work assignments collaboratively with other employees, and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a clean work area. Adherence to all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules is essential. The role also involves taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. Additionally, the technician may need to fill in during staff shortages, support shift leads in completing punch-list items, use proper personal protective equipment, and present a professional appearance and conduct. Understanding customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment, is also part of the responsibilities.
