About The Position

The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role involves performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The technician must also report incidents and hazardous conditions, comply with safety rules, and perform work assignments collaboratively with other employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanroom duties
  • Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
  • Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Stop at risk behavior of others and self
  • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
  • Perform repetitive tasks
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
  • Take direction and respond to supervision
  • Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
  • Fill in during staff shortage
  • Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
  • Use proper personal protective equipment
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction
  • Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
