Cleanroom Technician, Manufacturing
About The Position
The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role requires performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The technician must also report incidents and hazardous conditions to their supervisor and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. This position involves working as part of a team, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining a clean work area while following all company protocols and procedures. Effective communication with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers is essential, as is the ability to fill in during staff shortages and support shift leads. Understanding customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment, are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
