About The Position
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Cleanroom Protocol Observer. The Cleanroom Protocol Observer is responsible for monitoring all activities to ensure cleanroom protocol and regulations are being followed throughout the day. This role is a good fit for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education. ABM is a military and veteran-friendly employer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if available.

Responsibilities
- Understanding all policies for working in cleanrooms.
- Wearing all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for cleanrooms throughout the shift, including gowns, face masks, gloves, and protective eyewear.
- Observing daily activities by patrolling multiple cleanrooms at a job site.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Observing and reporting safety violations within the FAB area and escalating situations to a supervisor immediately.
- Submitting a daily safety report to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
- Assisting the team and supervisor with other tasks as needed.
