WAVE is currently seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join their team. The role involves coordinating manufacturing functions including press and tooling setup, equipment operation, quality inspection, preventive maintenance, and machine troubleshooting within a cleanroom environment. Requirements

Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds
Able to stand 8-10 hours per day at assigned work area
Background check required

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Knowledge and experience of machinery in manufacturing environment, or similar
Previous job training as Level 2 Packout Operator

Responsibilities

Maintain continuous operations of clean room equipment, including machine setup and adjustments, and equipment operation.
Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance production.
Perform visual and gauge-specific quality inspections of parts and make corrective actions as needed.
Verify finished work-piece conformance to specifications using inspection tools.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Perform production inventory counts.
Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform all work in a safe manner, utilizing proper lock-out procedures during repairs or adjustments.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
Actively participate in communication and WAVE culture.
Preserve a safe work environment and work in a safe manner following all safety SOPs.
