About The Position
The Center for Nanotechnology Education and Utilization (CNEU), in the College of Engineering, is seeking to hire a part-time Teaching Assistant (TA) and cleanroom assistant for the summer 2026 Nanofabrication Manufacturing Technology (NMT) capstone semester program. The role involves grading lab reports and exams, and providing assistance with instructing labs within a cleanroom environment. The working hours for this position will vary based on the lab schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience with vacuum systems
- Previous experience with nanofabrication equipment
- Previous experience with characterization techniques
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
