This role involves assembling, fabricating, and cleaning parts for subassemblies and complete units. The position requires testing, calibrating, inspecting, and certifying parts and mechanisms to meet precise tolerances and product specifications. The assembler must be able to read and interpret blueprints and utilize Epicor for receiving/rejecting parts, conducting final inspections, identifying exceptions, and filing documents. Additionally, responsibilities include Epicor verification, buy-off procedures, stamping hard cards, in-process inspection and verification of test certificates, and measuring sealing surfaces and O-ring depths.
