About The Position

KleenMark is seeking a part-time Cleaning Technician in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The technician maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building by cleaning and restocking bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, and other areas. Duties and hours may vary depending on the building’s size and the number of teammates. Responsibilities may also change during employment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with pay of $17.00 per hour. The technician is expected to report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service, and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work. Personal protective equipment is provided or required, and safety training is provided monthly. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as required.
• Clean and disinfect break-room or kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to the disposal area.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
• Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
• Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for cleaning chemicals and incident reporting.
• Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work extra hours when needed and evaluate the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
