Part Time Cleaning
About The Position
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area who can work in a fast-paced environment and has their own means of transportation to and from jobs for various locations in the Fredericton area. The position is part-time, with approximately 16.5 hours per week, and potential to add more hours. The role involves building cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting touch points, vacuuming, cleaning washrooms, dusting, general cleaning, and garbage removal, as directed by supervisors. The candidate must be able to work independently and around people, take direction well, communicate in English, and be energetic with an eye for detail.
Requirements
- Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
- Reliability is key.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
- Have an eye for detail cleaning
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
