About The Position
Image One Facility Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join their team in Midland, Texas for a nightly cleaning service of a Fed Ex building. This is a part-time, individual contributor role that will involve cleaning and establishing cleaning protocols to provide excellent service and a clean and working environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Previous experience in a cleaning position
- Ability to work independently, following direction and taking initiative when needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed cleaning instructions according to established protocols, completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Utilize a variety of cleaning agents and materials to clean, sanitize and tidy assigned areas
- Move and/or remove furniture and other items to facilitate cleaning
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Monitor and report any damage or wear and tear that may need to be addressed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Benefits
- Hourly rate: $17 to $20 per hour
- Paid Biweekly
