Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident and team interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Available after-hours/evenings as needed
- Must travel between properties and perform hands-on tasks.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Background check required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but optional.
Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of vacated units
- Provide high-quality cleaning services for third-party clients
- Conduct scheduled cleaning services for current residents
- Maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms
