About The Position

We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals for part-time cleaning positions in office buildings in Metairie, LA. This role offers flexible work hours, Monday-Friday from 7 PM to 10 PM, and Saturdays after 1 PM. The pay rate is $14.00 per hour. We offer opportunities for internal growth and promotion.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must own or have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must own a cell phone (preferably a smartphone) for contact, clocking in/out, and receiving assignments.
• Must be able to comfortably lift 40 lbs without risk of injury.
• Must be available for 15+ hours per week.
• Must be a self-starter comfortable with accountability.
• Must be a hard worker with an eye for detail.
• Must be comfortable working independently or on a team.
• Must be comfortable working in a building after hours.
• Must be passionate about a job well done.
• Must be a positive person who looks to add value to every situation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of offices and common areas, including hallways, common areas, and public bathrooms.
• Duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Proactively communicate with team members regarding cleaning status.
• Follow all provided health and safety regulations.
