Requirements

Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
Must have ability to work both independently, and as a team member.
Must be detailed oriented and care about service quality.
Must have time management skills to be able to complete tasks within the allotted budgeted time.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.

Responsibilities

Performing janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of commercial facilities.
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
Dust and wipe down surfaces.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms.
Refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers.
Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Other tasks as required.
