About The Position

Pine Tar Industries, LLC is hiring dependable and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, performance-based earning opportunities, a Monday through Friday schedule, and room for growth. We work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete.

Requirements

Valid California driver's license
Clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle's insurance requirements
Reliable personable vehicle
Current automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirements
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditions
Strong attendance and punctuality
Professional attitude and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services with some residential
Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely
Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
Maintain equipment tools, and vehicles in clean working condition
Follow company safety procedures and job-site expectations
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities while on-site
