About The Position

Office Pride is a respected full-service janitorial company dedicated to positively impacting people and workplaces. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for individuals seeking stable employment. As a Floater, you will provide essential support by covering open cleaning sites in your local area as needed. You will receive fully paid, hands-on training during your first week, followed by a transition into a flexible floater role. We are specifically hiring for nighttime floater positions.

Requirements

Reliable work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Strong attention to detail and care for service quality.
Good time management skills to complete tasks within budgeted time.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
Reliable transportation to travel between open sites.

Responsibilities

Clean commercial facilities according to specific site guidelines.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Dust, wipe down surfaces, and clean glass/mirrors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and breakrooms.
Maintain supply inventory and report low stock to supervisors.
Provide open-site coverage in your local area as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and established cleaning procedures.
