About The Position

The Maids of San Diego is hiring experienced Cleaning Team Leaders to lead residential and commercial cleaning teams. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will clean alongside your team, lead 2–3 cleaning professionals, manage the daily route, inspect quality, and ensure excellent customer service. We are looking for top performers with strong professional cleaning experience, proven leadership skills, and excellent reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.
  • Previous team lead, leadership, or supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
  • Comfortable driving company vehicles.
  • Reliable transportation to our Sorrento Valley office.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 5 days per week, starting at 8:15 AM.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
  • Ability to perform hands-on cleaning work throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement.

  • High-performing Team Leaders may advance into Field Manager, Operations Manager, or Training Manager roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside a team of 2–3 cleaning professionals.
  • Perform residential and commercial cleaning services.
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
  • Follow and reinforce The Maids' 22-Step Healthy Touch® Deep Cleaning System.
  • Inspect your team's work before leaving each customer location.
  • Manage daily routes and complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the office.
  • Complete work orders and required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies in clean and working condition.
  • Report customer concerns, quality issues, route delays, equipment problems, and team concerns to management.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive team environment.
  • Drive a company vehicle during the workday, as required, and use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipment in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
