Requirements

Knowledge of safety practices
Good time management
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively for training and scheduling
Must be 18 years old
A pre-employment drug screen, continuous motor vehicle monitoring, and criminal background check are required.
Must be able to be counted and relied upon; be on time.
Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment.
Possess the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
Empty Trash
High and low dusting
Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areas
Report maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account Manager
Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment
Provide work directions to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
Perform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnel
Serve as backup for absent personnel
