You'll guide a dedicated team of cleaners, ensure facilities look spotless, and maintain high standards.

Requirements

1+ years of supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities environments
Ability to pass a background check
Strong leadership skills with a "lead by example" attitude.
Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, team lead, or facilities manager.
Great communication skills to connect with your crew and clients.
High energy, reliability, and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee and motivate the evening Cleaning Supervisor and custodial staff.
Direct the team on daily tasks like trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
Inspect work to ensure the client receives top-tier Janitorial Shift Supervisor quality care.
Manage onsite cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
