Requirements
- Prior Cleaning and Supervisory experience required.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and supervision of custodial technicians assigned to clean the client location.
- Ensuring that the technician staff are adhering to the scope of work.
- Oversight that staff are removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles and replacing lining of trash cans.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
- Training new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in and clock out requirements, and the usage of equipment necessary to complete tasks.
- Overseeing quality work within pre-set time frames.
- Training on the correct use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and wet floor signs.
