An established and reputable cleaning company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Part-time cleaning positions are available immediately, along with an opening for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist and lead the daily operations of a School facility in the Kendall area. The Cleaning Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations to ensure all assigned areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. This role includes supervising cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services
- Applicants must be eligible to work in United States
- Pass a Level 2 Background

- Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff in daily tasks
- Assign duties and create work schedules
- Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures
- Provide coaching and corrective action when needed
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, rooms, and equipment
- Ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are consistently met
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain documentation of inspections and corrective actions
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Submit supply requests and ensure proper storage and usage
- Coordinate with management and other departments for special projects
- Ensure equipment is maintained and report repairs as needed
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Train staff on safe chemical handling and equipment use
- Report incidents, hazards, or accidents immediately
