We’re looking for seasonal crew members to join our team as Cleaning Staff! Willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, creating and maintaining a clean event space before, during and after our events, possessing a positive “can-do” attitude …rain or shine -the show must go on!

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in housekeeping or as a cleaner strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, a strong asset
  • Must be highly motivated, take initiative and able to work independently
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and occasional sitting
  • Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
  • Must be available for flexible working hours which could include weekends, evenings and holidays –as dictated by the event calendar
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
  • A passion for live events!
  • All crew members must be 18 years of age, and available for a variety of shifts, including; evenings, weekends and overnight.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
  • Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • Assist in creating a welcoming environment for our guests
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
