About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists (1 or 2) to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall hygiene of your building.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, bending, and reaching.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments preferred, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by bringing all client requests immediately to your supervisor's attention.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities by overseeing custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and supply replenishment.
• Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts for large-scale projects.
