About The Position

The Cleaning Specialist disinfects, cleans, and actively maintains assigned facilities to support customer needs. The role works with a team of peers in an assigned facility with multiple shifts. HHM Facility Management provides maintenance services to American industries and describes its approach as streamlining maintenance so customers can focus on their businesses.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license or state identification required.
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
Ability to perform the physical activities required, including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds or occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning in building common areas.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, break areas, and cafeterias.
Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational.
Maintain a neat and orderly supply room.
Use powered equipment as needed, such as golf carts, vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, and fogging machines.
Assist in examining the facility for safety hazards and additional service needs, and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
Secure keys and security badges issued to the employee.
Maintain customer and company confidentiality.
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with coworkers and the customer.
Provide sanitation and disinfecting services, including COVID-19 deep cleaning and electrostatic fogging.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
