About The Position
As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead our evening cleaning crew to absolute success! You will keep the facility sparkling by guiding your team, checking work quality, and jumping in to help with tasks as needed. This Janitorial Supervisor role is the perfect fit for a proactive Cleaning Shift Lead who loves supporting others and keeping things orderly. Main duties will be inspecting rooms, walking the building, making sure all interior and exterior doors are shut, and the building is armed at the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or leadership experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Great communication skills

- Strong eye for detail
- Knack for leading others
- Reliable transportation to our client site in McClellanville
