Cleaning Manager
About The Position
We are looking for someone motivated, outgoing, and ready to grow with our family-owned cleaning company! This is the perfect position for someone who loves people, sales, organization, and helping a small business expand. Position includes cleaning, training cleaners, being on call for cleanings, and providing quotes. It also involves sales and business growth through cold calling, visiting local businesses, building relationships with commercial clients, finding partnership opportunities, bringing creative marketing ideas, attending vendor/community events, and helping bring in new clients. Additionally, the role includes recruiting and team building by finding new cleaners, pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews, helping with onboarding paperwork, and coordinating training schedules. Finally, there is an administrative and customer support component, including answering calls/emails, assisting with bookings, following up with clients, checking in with cleaners, helping collect customer reviews, and supporting daily business operations.
