About The Position
Painting and Cleaning opportunity with a family-owned regional company who has been growing successfully since 1934. Candidate must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management, support engineering teams and believe in well-defined programs. An EEO/DV/WM Co. Drug Test and Background Check performed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of painting experience
- Knowledge of use of cleaning equipment such as pressure washer and floor scrubber
- Knowledge of general building maintenance
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative cleaning program
- Work with other associates in a team to accomplish goals
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist in other areas and/or departments as needed
