About The Position
Environment Control of Wisconsin is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time cleaning positions in Milwaukee, WI. We are a growing company established in 1972, serving over 350 customers across Wisconsin. Unlike other cleaning companies, we prioritize customer satisfaction and employee respect. Our managers are well-trained, treat employees with decency and respect, and hold them to high cleaning standards while offering support. Many of our managers are bilingual in Spanish. We offer opportunities for advancement, with potential promotion to supervisor in training for those who show leadership. We provide guaranteed weekly paychecks, training, and a generous job referral program. Our jobs are typically second shift, Monday through Friday, with consistent schedules. While the work involves consistent movement such as walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds, it is not overly strenuous. Tasks may include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. All necessary supplies are provided.
