About The Position

This role is responsible for cleaning and repairing minor imperfections in tubs to prepare them for shipping. The job involves polishing, inspecting, and repairing tubs, as well as installing accessories according to customer orders. Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety procedures are essential.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must clear pre-employment drug screening.
• Clear a pre-employment background check within the Company's set parameters.
• Frequent lifting of approximately 25-50 lbs.
• Frequent lifting of approximately 100-250 lbs. with assistance.
• Good finger and hand dexterity, with the ability to grasp, lift, and /or carry.
• Frequent repetitive motion.
• Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Extended standing, pending, pulling, pushing, and reaching.
• Occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and walking.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Polish the tubs.
• Visually inspect each tub for imperfections.
• Repair superficial imperfections by sanding and/or buffing.
• Mark other imperfections for the inspector.
• Drill and install accessories according to specifications per customer order.
• Route the tub to the Inspector.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Follow safety procedures specific to the work area, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
