Responsibilities

Empty all trash receptacles and remove trash to a collection point. Replace liner and damp wipe receptacle if needed.
Vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats, paying special attention to traffic lanes in reception area and entry way.
Clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser.
Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces: including desktops, telephones, files windowsill, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishing in above-named areas. Dust common areas and desks (by permission ONLY).
In Kitchen/Breakroom areas: Damp wipe table, chairs, counter, exterior of appliances, and sink. Check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary. Open food left in breakroom is considered trash and dispose of.
Dust mop hard surface floors with a non-treated dust mop.
Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas.
Damp wipe entrance metal and finger marks on entrance glass in reception area and entry way.
Spot clean partition glass.
Pay special attention to reception area daily, vacuum, dust and spot clean all glass and smudges.
Use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color-coded microfiber cloths for proper sanitation.
Stock towels, tissues and hand soap in restrooms.
Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant.
Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed.
Clean and polish mirrors.
Wipe towel cabinets covers and dispensers.
Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals inside and out. Polish bright work.
Clean toilet seats on both sides and disinfect.
Scour and disinfect all basins. Polish bright work.
Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames.
Remove splash marks from walls around basins.
Wet mop and rinse restroom floors including locker room with disinfectant.
Dust all vertical surfaces of desk, file cabinets, chairs, table, and other furniture & furnishings.
Dust baseboards and ledges. Damp wipe as needed.
Vacuum all carpeting & carpet mats, taking care to get into corners, along edges and under mats, and beneath furniture.
Damp mop hard surface floors 3 times a week, taking care to get into corners, along edges under mats and beneath furniture.
Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant.
Wipe inside and outside of windows in entrance and production area.
Accomplish all high dusting up to 12 feet, not reached in the above-mentioned cleaning. DO NOT USE LADDER.
Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and doorframes using a color-coded microfiber cloth and disinfectant.
All duties as assigned.
