About The Position
The Cleaning Crew member will provide cleaning services in Arlington, Virginia. The role begins as a six-month contract, with the potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits. The schedule is flexible and may be up to 40 hours per week. The employer is hiring two people immediately. Spanish/English bilingual ability is sought, though Spanish is not required.
Requirements
- At least three months of prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation.
- A smartphone.
- Must pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking ability; bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
- Remove trash and restock supplies.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
