Requirements
- Ability to meet vaccination requirements
- Willingness to complete checks (criminal history, probity, medical)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Physically able to keep up with an active role
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cleaning (aged care, healthcare, or commercial) is great, but attitude matters most
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and take initiative
- Team player with good communication skills
- Kindness, patience, and respect to every interaction
Responsibilities
- Keeping resident rooms and shared spaces clean, safe, and inviting
- Bringing warmth and friendliness to every interaction
- Following cleaning schedules and infection control guidelines
- Noticing and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Using safe work practices and PPE when required
