About The Position

This is an equity partnership position and is a pivotal leadership position within the cleaning and restoration industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. This role entails managing daily business activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The General Manager will develop strategic plans to drive business growth, manage company resources, and uphold strict compliance with industry standards. With a focus on quality service delivery, the General Manager also nurtures client relationships, leads and mentors staff, and optimizes operational processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in management, proven industry experience, and relevant certifications such as IICRC. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The job offer is to receive equity in exchange for a combination of investing capital and sweat equity for work performed. Requirements

  • Years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
  • Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
  • WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
  • Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
  • Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
  • Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
  • Ability to work in the field when needed.
  • Restoration business related certifications such as WRT, CCT, IICRC and AMRT are certs that are required.
  • ONLY restoration business professionals will be considered.
