About The Position

A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning all common areas, bathrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, garbage, dusting, polishing and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available, as well as full time, part time and seasonal opportunities. Responsible for all basic cleaning Clean, disinfect and restock bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash and recycling containers, and dispose of waste properly Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Performs additional tasks as needed, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and garbage/bathroom related cleaning jobs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Able to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
