We are looking for a full-time cleaner at our student property near OU. Must have weekend availability to work weekend rotation. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the spotless appearance of our community to help provide the best resident experience possible. The goal is to act as a caretaker to our community and provide a courteous and quick response to the needs of our residents.

Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to navigate stairs regularly
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
Ability to stoop, bend, and climb as needed

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in common areas.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items in common areas.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report any safety hazards, incidents, or property damage to management.
Provide customer service as needed by residents
Other tasks as directed and assigned.
