About The Position

The Cleaning Crew Team Member will ensure a positive customer experience by keeping all areas of the store clean. This role involves professionally cleaning and maintaining facilities according to company standards, utilizing and maintaining commercial floorcare equipment, and ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned. The position also requires identifying and reporting damages or safety hazards, restocking consumable items, and using a biometric timeclock for labor tracking. Communication via phone/text and email is essential for daily reporting.

Requirements

• Custodial experience is required.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Pass drug testing and background check and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability during the hours of 11 pm and 6 am.
• Ability to be flexible with the understanding that hours may fluctuate based on business need.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers is crucial.
• Regular use of the mobile smart phone and e-mail for communication is essential.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents.
• Must be able to operate forklifts/pallet jacks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
• Utilize and properly maintain commercial floorcare equipment.
• Move all reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning underneath and behind as well as all corners and edges.
• Identify and note any damages or safety hazards, injuries, etc. to direct supervisor.
• Replenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
• Utilize biometric timeclock to track labor hours in Paycom.
• Send pictures via phone/text message and email daily after cleaning is complete.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
