About The Position

Redstone Residential is a national student and multi-family housing operator, managing more than 38,000 beds across 20 states. The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This involves ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, etc., are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. The Cleaner also leads the operation of resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments are kept at the property's designated standards.

Requirements

Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
Must have a friendly demeanor
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts

Responsibilities

Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
Participate in Redstone training as required.
