About The Position

POLYWOOD® is looking for a Janitor/Cleaner who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. This role is essential to supporting our teams by ensuring our facilities are clean, functional, and ready for daily operations. Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility support roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and floor machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Dependable, consistent, and motivated work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to protect surfaces.
• Operate floor scrubbing machines and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.
• Support overall workplace cleanliness and employee experience.
