About The Position

SweatHouz is a premium wellness studio with private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin-C showers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping our calm, beautiful, and well-cared-for space spotless. You will work with Sales Associates and the Studio Manager to maintain the studio. While you won't work directly with clients, you will be around them, so professionalism and friendliness are important. This is not a warehouse or heavy industrial cleaning job; it's about maintaining a peaceful, high-end space for guests who come to relax.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work on your own and with a team
• Clear communication
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable being on your feet and doing light physical work

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness studios, spas, or boutique retail is a plus
• Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize private suites, restrooms, and showers
• Deep clean the infrared saunas and cold plunges
• Keep the lobby, hallways, and staff areas clean
• Wash towels and linens as needed
• Empty trash and restock supplies
• Follow cleaning steps and safety rules
• Inform the Studio Manager when something needs repair or restocking
• Work alongside Sales Associates during studio hours
