About The Position

The Cleaner provides high-quality cleaning services by using supplies and equipment to perform consistent cleaning and complying with the quality control program to meet customer expectations. The position is part-time and non-exempt, within Cleaning Services, and reports to the Cleaning Services Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Commercial floor cleaning experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and initiative.
• Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position.
• Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Contract cleaning experience with commercial buildings.
