About The Position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring cleaners in a food production setting. This is a full-time position with a wage of $15/hr. and a $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment. The shift is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Friday through Monday, totaling 32 hours per week. Applicants with known food allergies should not apply.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
