About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring assigned buildings are consistently clean, presentable, and inviting. Key duties include maintaining common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces. This is a full-time, temporary position.

Requirements

• Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
• Access to vehicle or other reliable transportation
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple locations
• Cleaning and maintaining common rooms, kitchens, washrooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out and properly dispose garbage
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements
