About The Position

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Cleaners / Janitor to join our growing team across the Greater Vancouver area, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments in residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas in residential and commercial buildings
Perform general cleaning duties including: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, Dusting and sanitizing surfaces, Cleaning washrooms and high-touch areas, Removing garbage and recycling
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests
Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards
Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment
Report maintenance or safety concerns when identified
Assist with coordinating tasks when working within a team environment
