About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The role supports the workplace’s appearance and sanitation and contributes to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

The position pays $17.33 per hour. The specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. The posting describes this as a good opportunity for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
