About The Position

The successful Cleaner is a motivated, dependable self-starter, has a positive attitude. You will work in a fast-paced environment, keeping the vessels and facilities clean and “Show Ready” at all times.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in Cleaning and Maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, rotate, and reach frequently.
• Ability to maneuver in and around small/confined areas within the vessel.
• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a high level of organization, detailed oriented and meet deadlines.
• Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility.
• Listen effectively, assess the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions.
• Have a working knowledge of computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Must be able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to coworkers and guests.
• Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards.
• Will be required to be available for work nights, weekends and on all major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Cleaning common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and emptying trash.
• Work with a “safety-first” attitude.
• Ensure all facility, guest and crew accidents, incidents, safety hazards, and violations, including those that create harm, are promptly reported and the necessary forms are completed.
• Communicate with Senior Management regarding any issues affecting health, welfare, and safety of guests, crew, assets, and facilities.
• Seek ways to minimize impact on the environment at all times.
• Demonstrate RESPECT values and QUEST Hospitality Behaviors with internal and external guests.
• Additional job duties as assigned.
