We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to perform white glove quality inspections and touch-up cleaning to ensure our properties consistently meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in noticing the small details.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Nice To Haves

Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed "white glove" inspections of cleaned properties.
Identify and correct any missed cleaning items.
Perform touch-up cleaning as needed, including dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning.
Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas meet company quality standards.
Report maintenance issues or property damage promptly.
Complete inspection checklists accurately.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
