About The Position
This role involves completing repetitive tasks and following procedures based on written and verbal instructions. The Cleaner will display versatility within the department and work towards meeting goals defined by Stryker's key success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results. The position is responsible for participating in continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, daily/weekly cleanings, and regularly providing suggestions for enhancement. The Cleaner will also be responsible for their personal production output, maintaining production logs, and collaborating with the team to achieve production targets. The role emphasizes striving for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety programs, aiming for cost reduction, and demonstrating a commitment to quality and reliability in products, while continuously seeking ways to improve personal and team performance.
