About The Position

The Cleaner provides high-quality cleaning services by using supplies and equipment to perform consistent cleaning and comply with the quality control program to meet customer expectations. The position is part-time and non-exempt within the Cleaning Services department, and reports to the Cleaning Services Manager. The role requires the ability to perform physical aspects of the position and safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment.

Requirements

• Commercial floor cleaning experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and initiative.
• Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position.
• Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Contract cleaning experience with commercial buildings.
