About The Position

As a Facilities Cleaner, you'll play an essential role in creating a great experience for our guests and team members. From keeping our public spaces spotless to delivering friendly guest service, you'll help ensure every visit is comfortable, safe, and memorable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a busy environment.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and workplace safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive physical activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, crowds, and other environmental conditions.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of casino, hotel, restaurant, office, restroom, and public areas.
• Clean and sanitize slot machines, furniture, windows, countertops, trash receptacles, and other property fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and quickly respond to spills and cleaning needs.
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials according to company procedures.
• Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools while following safety guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through positive interactions, friendly greetings, and a helpful attitude.
• Support a positive team culture and perform additional duties as needed.
